About Me

I am a Tunbridge Wells-based photographer with more than 20 years experience, specialising in studio style photography using lighting to achieve a wide variety of styles to suit your purpose.

A lot of my work is with creatives of all types, particularly theatre and drama groups, supplying cast portraits for programmes, as well as working with individuals building their own portfolios or who simply want a beautiful photo of themselves, their family or their friends.

I pride myself on running a calm and friendly shoot, putting models at their ease to get the most natural and relaxed portraits.

For many years, I have worked with children and young people, especially in a theatre and setting. I have an enhanced DBS check for my work as a professional chaperone, so have a lot of experience working with young actors and performers.

I originally trained on 35mm film, hand-developing and printing my own negatives and photos.

My Work

Below are a few photos I have taken over the last few years. I take particular pride is designing bespoke lighting schemes to suit a show or productions style. I also take simple, clean to show off fashion items to their best. There is also a selection of some of the more unusual fine art photos I have taken, many of which are studies of the human form.
